(Photograph featured is 2017 winner Mr.Colin Harvey) Colin Harvey is Professor of Human Rights Law in the School of Law, Queen’s University Belfast and a Fellow of the Senator George J Mitchell Institute for Global Peace, Security and Justice. He has served as Head of the Law School, a member of Senate, a Director of the Human Rights Centre, and as a Director of Research.
